Cascade is completely free for personal use, including in a commercial environment. That is, you may install any or all of the Cascade components on as many computers as you want, and you may use it for as long as you want, as long as only a single person uses the software or accesses any of the servers. The software you can download from this site is fully functional and is not crippled in any way.
In multi-user environments, Cascade is licensed on a per-user basis. Each user can install Cascade on an unlimited number of computers. To get you started, we will issue you as many free 90-day trial license keys as you need to set up and evaluate Cascade. Each license key allows one user to access Cascade.
After your 90-day free trial, Cascade costs $200/user/year. Customers receive access to all product upgrades and unlimited email and telephone support at no extra charge.
Academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and other non-commercial entities may purchase Cascade licenses at a discounted price of $75/user/year. Again, this includes product upgrades and unlimited email and telephone support.
